Description
NOW Foods Brewer's Yeast Powder is Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast from beer production, separated after fermentation, roller-dried and debittered. It naturally contains protein and several B vitamins. Mix it into milk, cereal or juice, or add it to cooking and baking.

Per 2 tablespoons (16 g): energy 60 kcal; fat 0.5 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrate 7 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 5 g; protein 7 g; sodium 10 mg; potassium 291 mg; calcium 46 mg; iron 2 mg.
Ingredients: brewer's yeast (dried, inactive).
Allergens: contains wheat and barley (gluten).
Directions
2 tablespoons a day mixed into milk, cereal or juice, or added to recipes.
