Description
NOW Foods Boswellia Extract softgels contain Boswellia serrata gum resin extract standardised to at least 65% organic acids, including boswellic acids, in a base of MCT oil for good absorption. Boswellia serrata, also known as Indian frankincense, is a resin used for centuries in Ayurveda. Its characteristic compounds are boswellic acids.

Ingredients
Per softgel: Boswellia serrata gum resin extract (min. 65% organic acids incl. boswellic acids) 500 mg; energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g.
Other ingredients: MCT oil (from coconut/palm kernel), softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), sunflower lecithin, beeswax.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food, as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
