Description
NOW Foods Biotin 10 mg Extra Strength is the highest-strength biotin from NOW – ten times the 1 mg version. Biotin (vitamin B7) is a water-soluble B vitamin.
Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal macronutrient metabolism, the maintenance of normal hair and skin, and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Per capsule: biotin 10,000 µg (10 mg).
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
