NOW Foods Biotin 1,000 mcg. Biotin (vitamin B7) is a water-soluble B vitamin.
Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal macronutrient metabolism, the maintenance of normal hair and skin, and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Per capsule: biotin 1,000 µg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
