Description
NOW Sports Beet Root Powder is simply dried, non-GMO beetroot – not an extract. Beetroot is naturally rich in nitrates, and one tablespoon corresponds to about 2.5 whole beets. Popular before training; mix into water or another drink.

Ingredients
Per tablespoon (9.5 g): energy 30 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 7 g, of which sugars 4 g; fibre <1 g; protein 1 g; sodium 50 mg; potassium 230 mg; iron 0.7 mg.

Directions
Mix 1 level tablespoon into about 240 ml of water or another drink before a workout and drink immediately.
