NOW Foods Ashwagandha Stress Relief combines Lactium® – clinically studied bioactive peptides from milk protein (casein hydrolysate) – with ashwagandha root and leaf extract (2.5% withanolides), an Ayurvedic adaptogen. Can be taken during the day or before bed.

Ingredients
Per capsule: ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root and leaf; min. 2.5% withanolides) 300 mg; casein hydrolysate (Lactium® milk peptides) 150 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: contains milk.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule once or twice a day, with or without food – during the day or before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if allergic to milk protein. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication (especially thyroid hormones or sedatives) or have a thyroid or gastrointestinal condition, including ulcers. Stop use if rash or itching occurs.
