Ingredients

Per capsule: blend of 3 strains, 8 billion CFU (68 mg): Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, B. longum Bl-05.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule once or twice a day, between meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
