Description

Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega® + CoQ10 combines the Ultimate Omega fish oil concentrate (650 mg EPA and 450 mg DHA per serving in rTG form) with 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), a fat-soluble compound present in every cell of the body. Because of the taste of CoQ10, these soft gels should be swallowed, not chewed. Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).

Directions
