Prenatal Multivitamin

Per 2 tablets: vitamin A (beta-carotene, retinyl palmitate) 1,100 µg (138% NRV), vitamin C 120 mg (150% NRV), vitamin D3 50 µg (1000% NRV), vitamin E 15 mg (125% NRV), vitamin K2 (MK-7) 80 µg (107% NRV), thiamin 5 mg (455% NRV), riboflavin 5 mg (357% NRV), niacin 25 mg NE (156% NRV), vitamin B6 20 mg (1429% NRV), folate (Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF) 1,275 µg DFE (638% NRV), vitamin B12 60 µg (2400% NRV), biotin 375 µg (750% NRV), pantothenic acid 7 mg (117% NRV), choline 150 mg, calcium 80 mg (10% NRV), iron (Ferrochel®) 22 mg (157% NRV), phosphorus 50 mg (7% NRV), iodine 170 µg (113% NRV), magnesium 50 mg (13% NRV), zinc 12 mg (120% NRV), selenium 100 µg (182% NRV), copper 0.8 mg (80% NRV), manganese 3 mg (150% NRV), chromium 80 µg (200% NRV), molybdenum 50 µg (100% NRV), potassium 75 mg (4% NRV), boron 80 µg.

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, sodium stearyl fumarate, magnesium stearate.

Adults: 2 tablets a day with food, only on the advice of a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Use only under medical supervision. Contains vitamin B6 at 20 mg per daily dose – above the EU tolerable upper intake level (12 mg); long-term intake above this level may cause nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy). Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin B6, vitamin A or iron. Contains iron – accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; keep strictly out of reach of children and, in case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
