Description

Nordic Naturals Omega-3D is the everyday, non-concentrated Omega-3 fish oil with added vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 1,000 IU per serving). The oil is from wild-caught anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring. The omega-3s are in natural triglyceride (TG) form. Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness. Lemon flavoured.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.

Ingredients

Per 2 soft gels: fish oil providing total omega-3 fatty acids 690 mg, of which EPA 330 mg and DHA 220 mg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 µg (500% NRV); energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g.

Directions
