Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Liquid is the brand's everyday fish oil in liquid form, from wild-caught anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring. One teaspoon provides a generous serving of EPA and DHA. The omega-3s are in natural triglyceride (TG) form. Ingredients

Per teaspoon (5 ml): fish oil providing total omega-3 fatty acids 1,560 mg, of which EPA 745 mg and DHA 500 mg; energy 45 kcal; fat 5 g.

Directions

Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day with food. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
