Naughty Boy® Pump is a caffeine-free pre-workout formula with 11 ingredients: L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-arginine, taurine, L-tyrosine, VitaCholine® choline, PerforMelon® watermelon extract, sea salt, PureWay-C® vitamin C, niacin and BioPerine® – suitable for training at any time of day.

Vitamin C and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 16 g scoop: L-citrulline malate 2:1 6000 mg; beta-alanine 3200 mg; L-arginine 2000 mg; taurine 1000 mg; L-tyrosine 1000 mg; choline bitartrate (VitaCholine®) 600 mg; PerforMelon® watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) 500 mg; sea salt 300 mg; vitamin C (PureWay-C®) 80 mg (100% NRV); niacin (nicotinamide) 40 mg (250% NRV); black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®) 5 mg.

Ingredients: L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-arginine, L-tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate, PerforMelon®, sea salt, vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoids, nicotinamide, black pepper extract, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colour (E122 – varies by flavour), sweetener (sucralose).

Directions

Adults: 1 scoop (16 g) mixed with 200–250 ml of cold water, 15–20 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
