Nature's Answer Kelp contains whole thallus of the North Atlantic brown seaweed Ascophyllum nodosum (knotted wrack), providing 150 µg of naturally occurring iodine per vegetarian capsule.

Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal skin.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
