Description
Natrol Biotin Maximum Strength provides 10,000 µg (10 mg) of biotin (vitamin B7) per tablet. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin involved in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins and in keratin production.

Ingredients
Per tablet: biotin 10,000 µg (20000% NRV); calcium (dicalcium phosphate) 66 mg (8% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, methylcellulose, cellulose gum, glycerin.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
