Description
Natrol Alpha Lipoic Acid provides a high 600 mg dose of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) in a single capsule. ALA is a sulphur-containing fatty acid produced in small amounts by the body and found in foods such as spinach, broccoli and organ meats; it is soluble in both water and fat.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
