Life Extension PalmettoGuard with Beta-Sitosterol provides 320 mg of saw palmetto berry CO2 extract with 90 mg of plant beta-sitosterol from pine and boron as Albion® bororganic glycine, in pumpkin seed oil. Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a small palm native to the south-eastern United States whose berries were traditionally used by Native Americans. The CO2 (supercritical) extraction yields a lipid extract rich in fatty acids and phytosterols.

Ingredients
Per softgel: energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g; saw palmetto CO2 extract (fruit) [providing 272 mg total fatty acids] 320 mg; beta-sitosterol (from pine) 90 mg; boron (as Albion® bororganic glycine) 3 mg.
Other ingredients: pumpkin seed oil, gelatin, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, purified water, caramel colour, rosemary extract.
Directions
