Life Extension PalmettoGuard® Saw Palmetto/Nettle Root with Beta-Sitosterol combines saw palmetto berry CO2 extract with stinging nettle root extract (Urtica dioica), plant beta-sitosterol from pine and boron, in pumpkin seed oil. Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a small palm native to the south-eastern United States whose berries were traditionally used by Native Americans. The CO2 (supercritical) extraction yields a lipid extract rich in fatty acids and phytosterols. Nettle root is a traditional European herb for men.

Ingredients
Per softgel: saw palmetto CO2 extract (fruit) [providing 136 mg total fatty acids] 160 mg; beta-sitosterol (from pine) 45 mg; stinging nettle root extracts 120 mg; boron (as Albion® bororganic glycine) 1.5 mg.
Other ingredients: pumpkin seed oil, gelatin, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, purified water, beeswax, maltodextrin, carob colour, rosemary extract.
Directions
Adult men: 1 softgel in the morning and 1 in the evening with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
