Description
Life Extension Optimized Resveratrol Elite™ provides trans-resveratrol from Japanese knotweed root (Polygonum cuspidatum) formulated with fenugreek galactomannans, plus Bio-Quercetin® from Japanese sophora flower buds. Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in grape skins, red wine, peanuts and berries.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Resveratrol Elite™ proprietary blend 222 mg, providing trans-resveratrol 40 mg [from Japanese knotweed root] and galactomannans 77 mg [from fenugreek seed]; Bio-Quercetin® proprietary blend 9 mg, providing quercetin 3 mg [from Japanese sophora flower bud] and galactomannans 2.7 mg [from fenugreek seed].
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), sunflower lecithin, sunflower oil, silica, vegetable stearate, calcium silicate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
