Life Extension Optimized Quercetin provides 250 mg of quercetin dihydrate combined with a food blend of onion bulb, bitter orange bioflavonoids and apple, plus wild camu camu berry extract (a natural source of vitamin C). Quercetin is a flavonoid found in onions, apples, capers and tea.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin C (from ascorbic acid, camu camu berry extract) 30 mg (38% NRV); quercetin (as quercetin dihydrate) 250 mg; optimised food blend [onion bulb extracts, bitter orange bioflavonoids (peel and fruit), apple (fruit)] 220 mg; camu camu extract (wildcrafted berry) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, silica, vegetable stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
