Life Extension Low Dose Vitamin K2 provides 45 µg of vitamin K2 as all-trans menaquinone-7 (MK-7), a long-acting form of vitamin K found in fermented foods such as natto, in MCT oil.

Ingredients
Per softgel: vitamin K2 (as trans-menaquinone-7) 45 µg (60% NRV).
Other ingredients: medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob colour.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
