Description
Life Extension Mega Green Tea Extract provides 725 mg of green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) dual-standardised to 98% polyphenols and 45% EGCG (about 326 mg EGCG per capsule). This lightly caffeinated version contains about 25 mg of natural caffeine per capsule (about two-thirds of a cup of brewed green tea).

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, rice flour, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
