Life Extension Forskolin provides 100 mg of Coleus forskohlii (Plectranthus barbatus) root extract standardised to 10% forskolin (10 mg). Coleus forskohlii is a member of the mint family used in traditional Ayurvedic practice.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Coleus forskohlii extract (root; std. to 10% forskolin – 10 mg) 100 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, vegetable stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
