Description

Life Extension Bone Restore Elite with Super Potent K2 adds a high dose of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-4 (MK-4) to the Bone Restore formula. Bone Restore provides 700 mg of calcium from four forms (carbonate, citrate malate, bisglycinate chelate and fructoborate), together with vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, manganese, silicon from horsetail and boron as patented Fruitex B® OsteoBoron® calcium fructoborate.

Note: 45 mg (45,000 µg) of MK-4 per day is a very high dose compared with the NRV (75 µg) – see warnings.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones / normal formation of connective tissue.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per 4 capsules: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 µg / 1000 IU (500% NRV); vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4) 45,000 µg (60000% NRV); calcium (as carbonate, citrate malate, bisglycinate chelate, fructoborate) 700 mg (88% NRV); magnesium (as oxide) 300 mg (80% NRV); zinc (amino acid chelate) 2 mg (20% NRV); manganese (amino acid chelate) 1 mg (50% NRV); silicon [from horsetail extract, silicon dioxide] 5 mg; boron (as Fruitex B® OsteoBoron® calcium fructoborate) 3 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, maltodextrin, ascorbyl palmitate, silica, rice flour, modified food starch, citric acid.

Directions

Adults: 4 capsules a day, preferably in divided doses with meals (morning and evening) with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

For adults only. High-dose vitamin K2 (45 mg/day). Do not use if you are taking anticoagulant medication (vitamin K antagonists such as warfarin or acenocoumarol) without medical supervision.
