Description
Life Extension Bloat Relief combines Prodigest® from Indena – artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus) with a CO2 ginger root extract – plus turmeric extract (95% curcuminoids) and bitter fennel seed oil (Foeniculum vulgare). Artichoke, ginger and fennel have a long tradition of use after meals in European and Asian cuisines.

Ingredients
Per softgel: energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g; calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 44 mg (6% NRV); Prodigest® blend 356 mg, providing artichoke leaf extract 100 mg (caffeoylquinic acids, flavonoids, cynaropicrin) and CO2 ginger root extract 20 mg (gingerols, shogaols); turmeric rhizome extract (95% curcuminoids) 42 mg; bitter fennel seed oil 25 mg.
Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, gelatin, dicalcium phosphate, glycerin, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water, beeswax, sunflower lecithin, carob colour, croscarmellose sodium, silica, vegetable stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel twice a day before the largest meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
