Description
Life Extension Bio-Quercetin® provides quercetin from Japanese sophora flower buds (Styphnolobium japonicum) formulated with galactomannan fibres from fenugreek seed and sunflower lecithin. Quercetin is a flavonoid found in onions, apples, capers and tea.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Bio-Quercetin® proprietary blend 30 mg, providing quercetin 10 mg [from Japanese sophora concentrate, flower bud] and galactomannans 8 mg [from fenugreek seed].
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, sunflower lecithin, silica, sunflower oil.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
