Life Extension Acetyl-L-Carnitine Arginate combines two forms of acetyl-L-carnitine – acetyl-L-carnitine arginate dihydrochloride and acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride. Acetyl-L-carnitine is the acetylated form of L-carnitine, a compound the body makes from the amino acids lysine and methionine and which is involved in transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Ingredients
Per capsule: acetyl-L-carnitine arginate dihydrochloride 320 mg; acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride 300 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
