KIKI Health Krill Oil comes from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), sustainably harvested and processed at low temperature. Krill oil provides omega-3 EPA and DHA largely bound to phospholipids, together with choline and the natural red pigment astaxanthin. Sealed Licaps® capsules help avoid fishy aftertaste.

Ingredients
Per capsule: krill oil 590 mg, providing total omega-3 160 mg (EPA 89 mg, DHA 41 mg), phospholipids 331 mg, choline 41 mg, astaxanthin 50 µg.

Directions
Adults: 1–2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
