Description
Jarrow Formulas L-Tyrosine provides 500 mg of pure crystalline L-tyrosine per capsule. Tyrosine is an amino acid present in dietary protein (e.g. cheese, meat, fish, soy) that the body can also make from phenylalanine; it is a precursor of the catecholamines dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline, and of thyroid hormones.

Ingredients
Per capsule: L-tyrosine 500 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule (bovine gelatin), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day on an empty stomach, in the morning, preferably with juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking MAO inhibitors, levodopa or thyroid medication, or have an overactive thyroid, bipolar disorder or a history of melanoma.
