Description

Jarrow Formulas EPA-DHA Balance® is a concentrated fish oil from anchovy, sardine and mackerel providing 1200 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per serving, with EPA and DHA in a 2:1 ratio. The oil is protected with mixed tocopherols.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: fish oil concentrate 2000 mg, providing omega-3 fatty acids 1200 mg, of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 800 mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 400 mg; energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), natural flavour, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).

Allergens: fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel).

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels once a day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
