Description

Jarrow Formulas Curcumin Phytosome provides 500 mg of Meriva® – a patented complex of turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) with sunflower phosphatidylcholine developed by Indena in Italy. Binding curcuminoids to phospholipids improves their absorption compared with standard turmeric extracts. Each capsule supplies 90 mg of curcuminoids (18%).

Ingredients

Per capsule: curcumin phytosome (Meriva®, phosphatidylcholine and turmeric rhizome extract Curcuma longa complex) 500 mg, providing 18% (90 mg) curcuminoids.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
