Ingredients
Per capsule: biotin (as d-biotin) 5000 µg (10000% NRV); calcium (from dicalcium phosphate) 145 mg (18% NRV).
Other ingredients: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
