Description
Jarrow Formulas Beta Glucan provides 250 mg of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) cell wall extract with at least 75% (188 mg) long, branched beta-1,3/1,6-glucans – natural polysaccharides found in yeast, mushrooms and cereals.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract 250 mg, providing min. 75% (188 mg) beta-1,3/1,6-glucans.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (bovine gelatin), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
