Description
Holland & Barrett Precision Engineered N-Acetyl Cysteine provides 600 mg of NAC per capsule. NAC is the acetylated form of the sulphur-containing amino acid L-cysteine, a precursor of glutathione. Precision Engineered products are tested under the Informed Sport programme.

Other ingredients: rice flour, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
