Description
Holland & Barrett Lutigold Lutein provides 6 mg of lutein (Lutigold®) from marigold flowers in corn oil. Lutein and zeaxanthin are yellow carotenoid pigments found in dark green leafy vegetables and egg yolks, and naturally concentrated in the macula of the eye. The body cannot make lutein, so it must come from the diet.

Ingredients
Per capsule: lutein 6 mg (Lutigold®, from marigold extract).
Other ingredients: corn oil, capsule shell (bovine gelatine, glycerine), thickener (yellow beeswax).
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
