Holland & Barrett High Strength Turmeric with Black Pepper combines 600 mg of ground turmeric root (Curcuma longa) with 5 mg of black pepper – a traditional pairing, as piperine in black pepper is known to increase the absorption of curcumin. Turmeric has been used for thousands of years in Indian cooking and Ayurveda.

Per capsule: turmeric root powder (Curcuma longa) 600 mg; black pepper fruit powder (Piper nigrum) 5 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
