Holland & Barrett High Strength Slow Release Vitamin C releases 1000 mg of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) gradually over several hours rather than all at once.

Ingredients
Per tablet: vitamin C 1000 mg (1250% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose, glycerol.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Swallow whole – do not crush or chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
