Description

Holland & Barrett Black Garlic contains an extract of aged black garlic (Allium sativum). Black garlic is made by slowly fermenting whole garlic bulbs at controlled heat and humidity for weeks – the cloves turn black, soft and sweet, lose the pungent smell of fresh garlic and develop higher levels of S-allyl cysteine (SAC). Black garlic has been eaten in Asia for centuries. The formula also contains vitamin B1.

Thiamin contributes to the normal function of the heart.

Ingredients

Per capsule: black garlic extract (Allium sativum) – high-strength concentrate (the pack states equivalence to 6000 mg of black garlic); vitamin B1 1.1 mg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rice flour, sunflower oil, gum arabic, thiamin mononitrate, rice bran extract, rice hulls.

Allergens: none.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
