Description

Evogen Hydration is a sugar-free electrolyte drink powder with five minerals – sodium (500 mg), potassium (200 mg), magnesium and calcium as bisglycinate chelates, and zinc – plus vitamins D3, B6 and B12 (as methylcobalamin), 1.25 g of taurine, coconut water powder and 250 mg of citicoline (CDP-choline). It can be used before, during or after training or on rest days.

Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.
Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Per scoop (7.8 g): vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 20 µg (400% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 3.4 mg (243% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 4.8 µg (192% NRV); calcium (bisglycinate chelate) 40 mg (5% NRV); magnesium (bisglycinate chelate) 50 mg (13% NRV); zinc (citrate) 5 mg (50% NRV); sodium (citrate and chloride) 500 mg; potassium (citrate) 200 mg (10% NRV); taurine 1250 mg; coconut water powder 750 mg; citicoline (CDP-choline) 250 mg.

Other ingredients: malic acid, citric acid, calcium silicate, sucralose, silica, red beet powder, acesulfame K, natural and artificial flavour.

Allergens: contains coconut. Produced in a facility that also processes milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy and sesame.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 level scoop (7.8 g) with 350–480 ml of cold water. Use before, during or after training, or during the day on rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
