Per scoop (6.8 g): creatine monohydrate (micronized) 5 g.
Other ingredients: citric acid, DL-malic acid, natural and artificial flavour, sucralose, silica, spirulina extract (colour).

Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop with 240–350 ml of water or another drink once a day, before or after training or at any time of day. Use consistently and drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
