Description

Dorian Yates Multivitamin Complex is a two-tablet daily formula with 13 vitamins and 11 minerals, most at 200% of the reference value, plus coenzyme Q10, Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and Panax ginseng root extract. Made in the EU for DY Nutrition, the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Vitamins A, C, D, B6, B12, folate, zinc, selenium, copper and iron contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day with plenty of water. Do not combine with other multivitamins. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
