Dorian Yates HIT Pack Complex is a daily pack: each sachet holds 8 pieces – 2 multivitamin/mineral tablets, a vitamin C + rose hip tablet, a calcium-zinc-magnesium tablet, an omega-3 fish oil softgel, a glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM capsule, a coenzyme Q10 softgel and a lecithin softgel. Made in the EU for DY Nutrition, the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Vitamin C, D, B6, B12, folate, zinc, selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).

Vitamin C tablet: vitamin C 1000 mg (1250%), rose hip powder 50 mg. Ca-Zn-Mg tablet: calcium 365 mg (45%), zinc 2 mg (20%), magnesium 207 mg (55%), phosphorus 147 mg (21%), copper 0.23 mg (22%), boron 26 µg, L-glutamine 34 mg. Directions

Adults: take the contents of 1 sachet a day with a main meal and plenty of water. Do not combine with other multivitamins. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
