Description
Doctor's Best Pure L-Glutamine Powder is unflavoured L-glutamine with no additives. Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body, present in high amounts in muscle tissue, and is found in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy and legumes.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 level scoop into 240 ml of juice or a protein shake, 1 hour before exercise; a second serving may be taken after exercise or before bed. Do not exceed 2 scoops a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
