Per 4 capsules: plant sterols 95% (CardioAid®) 800 mg; saw palmetto berry extract (Prosterol®, 45% fatty acids) 640 mg; nettle root extract 300 mg; pygeum bark extract (Pygeum africanum, Prunera®, 2.5% phytosterols) 100 mg; lycopene 15 mg; mixed tocopherols (Decanox™ MTS-90G) 8 mg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 µg / 1000 IU (500% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 50 mg (3571% NRV); calcium (tricalcium phosphate) 52 mg (7% NRV); zinc (bisglycinate chelate) 15 mg (150% NRV); selenium (SelenoExcell® high-selenium yeast) 200 µg (364% NRV); copper (gluconate) 1 mg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, calcium silicate.

Adults: 4 capsules a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains a high dose of vitamin B6 (above the EU tolerable upper intake level of 12 mg/day) – long-term intake of high-dose vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy); do not use for prolonged periods without medical supervision and stop use if you experience tingling or numbness.
