Doctor's Best Boswellia + UC-II® combines Indian frankincense gum resin extract (Boswellia serrata) standardised to 40% boswellic acids with UC-II® – undenatured type II collagen from chicken sternum cartilage by Lonza, which is effective in the small dose of 40 mg because its native structure is preserved.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: Boswellia serrata gum resin extract (40% boswellic acids) 500 mg; UC-II® undenatured type II collagen (chicken sternum cartilage) 40 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none declared (contains chicken cartilage).
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
