Description
Cytoplan Zinc Citrate provides a high 30 mg dose of zinc in the well-absorbed citrate form, with alfalfa, intended for short- to medium-term use to raise zinc levels. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Per capsule: zinc (citrate) 30 mg (300% NRV).
Ingredients: zinc citrate, alfalfa, plant cellulose (capsule shell).
Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, added sugar, flavourings and colourings.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food (not on an empty stomach), for short-term use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. The zinc content exceeds the EU tolerable upper intake level for adults (25 mg a day) – for short-term use only; do not combine with other zinc supplements.
