Description

Cytoplan Women's Wholefood Multi is a high-strength multivitamin and mineral for women with nutrients in bioavailable forms – methylfolate, methyl- and adenosylcobalamin, P-5-P – plus choline, broccoli powder and broccoli sprout extract (0.5% sulforaphane), rosemary, spirulina, acerola, açaí and bamboo silica. It provides 15 mg of gentle iron citrate, making it suitable for menstruating women. Suitable for vegans.

Vitamin B6 and zinc contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity (B6) and normal fertility and reproduction (zinc).
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate and B12 contribute to normal psychological function.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food (morning and early afternoon). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

Contains iron – accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; keep strictly out of reach of children and, in case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Long-term daily intake of 25 mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Contains iodine and vitamin K – consult a doctor if you have a thyroid condition or take anticoagulants.
