Description

Cytoplan Perimenopause Complex combines traditional botanicals – shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root used in Ayurveda, sage (Salvia officinalis) leaf extract, maca (Lepidium meyenii) root extract from the Andes and Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) – with magnesium bisglycinate, active vitamin B6 (P-5-P) and chromium picolinate. Suitable for vegans.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal psychological function.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Available in packs of 60 capsules, 120 capsules and 180 capsules

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: shatavari root 500 mg; sage extract 10:1 (equivalent to 1 g) 100 mg; maca extract 10:1 (equivalent to 1 g) 100 mg; Siberian ginseng 25:1 (equivalent to 1.25 g) 50 mg; magnesium 40 mg (11% NRV); vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 5 mg (357% NRV); chromium 75 µg (188% NRV).

Ingredients: shatavari (Asparagus racemosus root), magnesium bisglycinate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), sage extract (Salvia officinalis leaf), maca extract (Lepidium meyenii root), Siberian ginseng extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus root), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, chromium picolinate.

Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, flavourings and colourings.

Directions

Adult women: 1 capsule twice a day with food (morning and early afternoon). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
