Description
Conteh Sports is a UK sports nutrition brand founded by former boxer-turned-coach Dean Conteh, producing fully disclosed formulas. Conteh Sports Vitamin D3 + K2 provides 125 µg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3 with 180 µg of vitamin K2 (MK-7) and BioPerine® in one tablet.

Ingredients
Per tablet: vitamin D3 125 µg / 5000 IU (2500% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 180 µg (240% NRV); BioPerine® 5 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet every other day or as advised by a doctor, with a fat-containing meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Vitamin D 125 µg per tablet exceeds the EFSA upper intake level (100 µg) – do not take daily without medical supervision. Contains vitamin K – do not use if taking anticoagulants. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
