Description
Cellucor COR-Performance® Creatine is micronised creatine monohydrate for easy mixing, with 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving. The unflavoured version stacks with any pre-workout, protein or drink; the flavoured versions can be drunk on their own. Caffeine-free.
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Ingredients
Per serving (unflavoured, 5 g): creatine monohydrate 5 g.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 serving with 250–300 ml of water or another drink once a day, before or after training. Take daily, also on rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
