Carlson Vitamin K2 MK-4 provides a high 5 mg of menatetrenone (menaquinone-4), the short-chain form of vitamin K2 used in Japanese studies on bone health. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils.

Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, beef gelatin capsule.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
